We do IVF only when it is required absolutely and it's impossible that you can get pregnant by other methods. Many of our patients who came for IVF even conceived without/ before IVF by other methods like Laparoscopic tubal surgery and IUI. We have a very good result when your ovarian reserve is poor and we don't suggest/ advice for donor oocyte/ egg at the first instance. We do most ethical practice and freeze the surplus/extra embryos for future use if the first cycle fails or if you successfully get your child then for your second child. Again if you gab a poor uterine lining and implantation failure we do Hysteroscopic surgeries to fix the lining and then do the IVF which has got a better success rate. We helped many couples to get pregnant naturally even after recurrent IVF failures. The other interesting fact is that we get many patients with difficult embryo transfer where placing the baby inside the uterus is a difficult procedure before and is the cause of failure. We corrected the passage of these patients by Hysteroscopy and many of these patients conceived in subsequent embryo transfers.
