We reconstruct the torn Hymen following sexual intercourse and child birth. The hymenal ring looks exactly the same as before any sexual intercourse depending on the severity of damage. If there is associated laxity of the introitus which causes sexual dissatisfaction, we tighten the perineal muscles for a better sexual satisfaction/ pleasure.

This is a minor surgery and done in a day care basis so that the patients can go back on the same day. There is minimal or no side effects of these kind of surgeries.
